– Procurement & Construction: Equipment specification, procurement coordination, civil works, structural installation, electrical works and construction management.
– Testing & Commissioning: Inspection, system testing, performance verification, grid connection coordination and project handover.
– Monitoring & Maintenance: Remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and operational performance analysis.
